Hi, I’m Steph
I am the artist behind ST(art) With Heart.
I create acrylic paintings on upcycled canvases that explore the inner heart as both a seed and a sanctuary.
My painting journey started on the kitchen floor while exploring process-based art alongside my preschool aged kids.
Playful Just-for-the-fun-of-it painting sessions with my kids became the doorway to my creative recovery, helping me reconnect to a part of myself that had lay dormant for nearly 3 decades.
Staying true to my beginnings, I am a process artist and create intuitive, layered paintings that honor the beauty of overcoming hard things and finding our way back to our authentic true selves.
